Brayson Verzella represents buyers and sellers across Austin, the Hill Country and San Antonio. Former U.S. Army Ranger. Licensed since 2005. More than 500 closings, and an 89% list-to-sold rate on his luxury listings.
Most agents will tell you what they will do for you. Fewer can show you two decades of doing it, through three market cycles, in the same two cities.
Brayson came to real estate the long way. He enlisted in the U.S. Army at nineteen and served four years with the 1st Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, deploying twice to Afghanistan and twice to Iraq. He earned his Texas licence in 2005, went full time in 2008 during the worst housing market in living memory, and has been selling Central Texas ever since.
What that produces is not a slogan. It is a habit of preparation, an allergy to improvisation, and a very high tolerance for the parts of a transaction that other people find uncomfortable.

Four photographs from a twenty-five year run. They are the reason his clients describe the process as calm.
Volunteered for the Infantry and for Airborne, and was assigned to the 1st Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment.
Two rotations to Afghanistan and two to Iraq before separating from the Army in 2004. Preparation stopped being a personality trait and became a discipline.
Licensed in Texas in 2005 and full time from 2008. A decade of Tony Robbins Platinum Partnership work runs alongside it, on stage above.
Founded the team, spent fifteen years at Keller Williams, and moved the business to Real Broker, LLC in 2020. Giving back stayed part of the operating model.
“I enlisted because I wanted to be part of something that demanded everything. I sell real estate the same way.”
Four services. Each one is a defined process rather than a promise, and you are told at the outset exactly what happens at every stage.
Pricing built from comparable evidence rather than optimism, a preparation plan for the property, a marketing programme matched to the buyer who will actually pay for it, and negotiation run by someone who has done it more than five hundred times. The 89% list-to-sold rate is the output of this process, not of luck.
Access to what is coming as well as what is listed, honest assessment of what a property is worth against what it is asking, and inspection and repair negotiation handled with the seller’s leverage in mind. If a house is wrong for you, you will be told so plainly.
Austin and San Antonio absorb a constant flow of corporate and military relocation. Someone who has moved on orders understands compressed timelines, remote decision making, VA financing and the difference between a neighbourhood that photographs well and one that works when you arrive.
Lake properties, Hill Country acreage, downtown condominiums and long-hold rentals each behave differently. The analysis starts with what the asset does after closing, not with what it looks like on a Saturday afternoon.
Central Texas is not one market. It is a dozen that price, appraise and negotiate differently. Select a market to begin a conversation about it.

Waterfront, dock rights, shoreline and the appraisal questions that come with all three.

Barton Creek, Spanish Oaks and the private-club communities either side of the county line.

Tower condominiums where the building matters as much as the unit.

Land, wells, easements, agricultural valuations and views that carry real premiums.

Builder contracts are written for the builder. Representation changes what you sign.

Alamo Heights through Boerne and the I-35 corridor, where Team Infinity began.
Two decades in one market only works if people come back and send their friends. That is the whole strategy.
Outside of work Brayson is a father, a traveller, and a decade-long participant in Tony Robbins’ Platinum Partnership. He gives time and supplies to people in need locally, and he is unusually direct about the fact that a house is a means to a life rather than the point of one.
Which is why the advice sometimes is: not this one, not this year, not at that price.
If yours is not here, ask it directly. A short call costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Ask a questionTell him what you are considering. You will get a straight assessment of the market, the timing and the number, whether or not it leads to an engagement.
